Two-fam fliperoo: Asking $1,650,000 when profiled as HOTD in December; purchased last June for $1,150,000 and saw interior reno in the intervening months. Deed recorded 3/17.

    these PROVE people are buying expensive houses in the worst of the housing “crisis”

    so sad to go look through all those comments with people saying right and left that park slope house would never sell.
