Dear Editor. Please tell brownstoner to tell 11217 that I am not talking to him.
Dear Editor,
Nothing expensive appears to be selling in Park Slope. You are obviously mistaken. Please rectify.
I don’t know much about the areas in question, so I will assume from the comments that they represent healthy prices for these houses. One thing did strike me though counterbalancing that a bit. I don’t remember too many times that we had at least the last three spots on this list being as inexpensive as this. Despite my bearish beliefs my guess is that it is a random anamoly, but it is something interesting to watch.
Dear Editor:
Please tell Dittoburg to Shut the Eff Up.
😉
It’s interesting that this set of actual sales numbers has been followed by the sound of crickets. I think it cancels out about 200 posts yesterday.
If you’re talking about NOP I don’t think his/her addressing the posts to Brownstoner is rude or dismissive of others. To me it just seems like an old-fashioned way of writing in the “Dear Editor” style.
11217;
Yeah, I agree with you. Great stories, and great style. Doesn’t merit the Mount, however.
I love *SOME* of his stories, Benson, but he’s just another poster to me. It’s other posters who put this dude up on Mount Kissmyass. I don’t see it.
Nor do I usually agree with him.
I like his style though.
I find that people are buying these properties as a gamble. People gamble all the time. Sometimes they loose and sometimes they win.
