  1. I simply don’t understand why units in the Meier building cotinue to sell at such prices! I mean, haven’t many posters on brownstoner predicted it would be a failure? How could such astute minds be so wrong?

    For the record, I don’t find anything wrong with or annoying about NOP’s posts whereby he addresses Brownstoner directly. Pierre de taille’s use of the royal “we” on the other hand…
