I’m not being a jerk. I’m stating a fact.
Gravesend is on this list ALL the time.
And it’s not my fault you don’t know where Sheepshead Bay is.
I agree, it would be great to have the smallest sales listed, too — or maybe just the nicest-looking sales in the under-$650K listed.
11217, don’t be such a jerk. I have a vague idea where Gravesend is but not really, and Sheepshead Bay? you don’t think that is far afield? What are you? a human GPS?
that 6th ave building seems like a solid deal
Is it me, or are the rooms in the Dgraw house strangely narrow? It would drive me crazy.
Mr. B;
Here I am, you’re “fact-checker” for the places sold in sourthern Brooklyn ;-).
Please note that the house on 80th St. is in Bensonhurst, not Gravesend. That particular block is one of the nicest in Bensonhurst.
11217…I’m talking about “livable” places. 🙂
And last week’s smallest sales would be in the 200-400K range.
Not 500-900K.
Gravesend is on this list 3 or 4 times out of 5 weeks. You clearly don’t pay attention.
How are 2 homes in Park Slope, and 1 in Prospect Heights farther afield exactly?
