Benson, don’t even bother. “McKenzie” just wrote on the co-op of the day that the location sucks.
It’s on 6th Ave and 4th Street in Park Slope.
Clearly this is a negative Nancy we are dealing with here.
11217: sorry but you are being a jerk.
Who said that freekin’ end-of-the-world gravesend was NOT on here all the time? You need a 12-step de-nerdification program.
McKenzie;
If you have little interest in other areas of Brooklyn, then who the heck are you to criticize Brownstoner about the areas in which he lists sales? Your logic in certainly a bit provincial: I only know, or care to know, my own little corner of Brooklyn, so I’ll criticize Brownstner if he posts listings that are 3-4 miles away in the same borough. Mr. B: take note of the comment from this broad-minded individual.
In case you missed it, the logo of Brownstoner is “Brooklyn inside and out”.
wow – Degraw house – that seller got away goood!
those rooms are very narrow!
also – the 6th avenue bldg is a solid deal – agreed
but I highly doubt that little mom/pop print shop is paying the landlord $6K a month?
So many neighborhoods, so little time (or interest).
McKenzie;
I am not from Bensonhurst. I was born in Red Hook, and we moved to Gravesend when I was about 6. I’ll admit that many people view Gravesend as a kind of extension of Bensonhurst, but it is not, especially these days as they have different demographics.
Also, Bensonhurst is not the area with the big Christmas displays. That is neighboring Dyker Heights, which is the area between Bensonhurst and Bay Ridge.
“I don’t even know where Gravesend is.”
It’s in Brooklyn.
benson from bensonhurst. everything is falling into place now……
I couldn’t afford to buy all the Christmas lights and decorations required of a homeowner in bensonhurst.
Degraw’s a surprisingly solid sale for a small house that close to 4th Avenue.
