“i mean no umbrage”
Good, real good!
prop, you’re a real lowlife.
What’s your Jewish problem? One of them boffed yo momma?
But I’ll let you in on their secret, since you’re dying to know.
They sell sneakers to yo momma and her boyfriends.
Thanks for the Warning, Mr. B. I mean no umbrage, but i’m curious how these Jews obtain vast amounts of wealth and why do they spend it so foolosihly in Gravesend. That’s a $600k house. $3mm. What kind of funny Lox are the Jews smokin’?
Goes to show that nice staging gets you big bucks, since all of these Charette places always looks terrific in photos.
People love that stuff.
Well, guess what? This S. Slope house was owned by the same people who owned 303 13th St., Charrette Properties. So they’ve recently sold 2 13th St. houses, the frame just below $1.8 and the brick over $1.9! Now I know why their 14th St. house is priced close to $2 mill…….. They do good work, people like it, and they’re making money hand over fist. Does this mean the S. Slope rules, or what?
I live directly opposite the BH renovation and have watched over time the care and attention–the tasteful restraint– with which it’s been done.
Had I the dough, I’d seriously consider the 3 BR condo, which, I’d imagine, is as thoughtfully executed as the exterior.
I believe that the owners now occupy the ground floor.
I think 13th Street is brick, not frame, possibly 4 story with a mansard roof, but I have’t been down the block in a while and don’t know the house for sure by number.
In any event, is there more to the story? I am all for higher values in my neck of the woods, but that seems almost unprecedented (except for 303 on the next block).
buckfast – thats what Manhattanites say about PS.
Great…I think he’s actually just an unimaginative baiting troll and an easy mark to come back at but he offends a lot of people who think he’s serious.
