I didn’t even think one could get a parking space in New York any more for $225,000. But it is nice to see there are still affordable places out there (and likely more and more in the near future).

Price per square foot is usually higher in small apts. It always has been , in pretty much any market.
I live in a 195 Willoughby Studio. It’s not full of architectural detail or anything, but the common areas, including the mail room, have all been recently renovated. A lot of old-timers with families sprinkled in.
I’m happy because I’m hoping to sell my place, and somewhere in the realm of $225,000 would be just fine with me.
I’d love to see inside pictures. Both of those buildings look like projects on the outside.
Are there elevator/doormen buildings in Cobble Hill? I doubt it.
Obviously it would have gone for more in Cobbble Hill!!!
