875K for a fixer upper in Caton Park, not bad at all. It doesn’t appear as though these prices have dropped. Maybe it just won’t appreciate as fast as a year or two ago though.
Man…I’m never gonna be able to afford an apartment in this neighborhood if small ugly (probably only because Corcoran took terrible looking photos of this place…) apartments like this go for this much.
I guess there’s always Concord Village *grumble*

It’s becoming next to impossible to find a studio in a decent area for less than 350K. This one sounds terrific.
