Yeah sure if you count the balconies, the storage space in the basement and the elevator landing.
I LIVE THERE ITS 980 SQ FEET. 9:07 was the closest.
NY Post is wrong. MLS has 500 Grand at about 1000 sq ft.
$792/ft for a small 2BR next to a gas station and atlantic ave? Something seems off here considering that there are a number of brand new developments nearby asking much less on a ppsf perspective.
crouchback,
I was wondering the exact same thing. Also the other apartment is two bedroom at 725 square feet. These places must be the smallest 2BR apartments in Brooklyn. Is this an indication that the market is hot for tiny 2BRs in BK? lol.
Wow, I saw that 500 Grand Ave apt and its a front living room, galley kitchen and two bedroom in the back. I am very surprised she got that much. Location is okay, but nothing in the apt suggests that kind of price. She more than doubled her money.
Maybe I am just spoiled (and a bit crabby this morning), but how the hell does one fit 2 bedrooms and everything else in 650 square feet?
