House of the Day: 941 East 15 Street

You would never know it from the broker’s photos, but this property at 941 East 15 Street in Midwood is an adorable wood frame Victorian house. We had to hunt down a photo on PropertyShark to figure that out because the listing photos show only a partial view of the facade and some snippets of interior detail such as the corner of a room and half a door. The exterior appears well kept, with a period-appropriate paint job, but without more photos or information in the listing or actually seeing the place in person, it’s impossible to gauge the condition of the structure, bathrooms and kitchen. And of course, without that information, there’s no way to know if the apparently low price of $395,000 is a good one. But this definitely seems worth checking out. Has anyone seen it?
