The big question now is whether it’ll fetch the asking price of $2,550,000. Greene Avenue, with its bus and car traffic, is probably marginally less desirable than one of the adjacent side streets, but there’s not a lot of move-in houses of this quality currently available in the area.

i’m sure once you get into the space you’ll find some impracticalities (ie baths and kitchen). BUT its gorgeous and renovated – and that’s pretty much all it takes around here to get the tongues wagging. I know i’m breathing pretty heavily.
