It’s not a great surprise that the 17-foot-wide, single-family house hasn’t been snatched up though: Despite being very attractive and well-located, it’s a lot of dough for a house this size, dontcha think?

nice house, good location. I agree as usual with Dave that the layout and restoration is excellent.
But it is a small house with small rooms. A bedroom that is only 5-10 wide is not really all that nice for a child older than four. The price is quite ambitious.
