While this listing at 328 Decatur might have a better chance of attracting interest if the owner (or broker) cleared the kitchen counter before taking photos, the house itself has some very nice bones to it. (To be fair, the broker does urge potential buyers to “Look beyond what you see!!”) Nice enough that, at the right price (which probably isn’t the ask of $885,000–the place traded for $685,000 in 2008) some old-house lover could get interested.
