We’re just lucky that it’s such a beautiful house because if we had to say something negative about it, well, that would be a little awkward! But, happily, the photos of the Stuyvesant Heights pad speak for themselves: Beaucoup original details in perfect shape along with some nicely updated bathrooms. (Only thing we’re not in love with is some of the choices of finishes in the renovated kitchen but you can’t please all the people all the time.) The address is 311 Stuyvesant Avenue and the price is $850,000. Thoughts?
