With arched front door and Neo-Grec brownstone exterior, the house has a lot of curb appeal. Inside there are new oak floors, more arched doors, a modern style metal staircase, a new mantel, modern kitchen and central air.
It’s set up as an owner’s triplex over a duplex. The ask is $2,959,000. Think they’ll get it?

I love the closet in the walk in closet
what a terrible layout.
– hate the kitchen in the middle of the parlor floor. prefer kitchen in back with living/dining open to each other. Or kitchen in the front with dining in middle and living in the back opening to a deck.
– what living room in the rental?????
I think they will get it. I was at the open house. Its all super clean and luxurious. Great light, great layout, and only brownstone i know with central air. Will probably go to some foreign oligarch type.
u can take care of business and whilst cooking a risotto. tres fabulous!
Please explain how the current company that bought it has any relation to the 2008 story? Are you suffering from the same hallucinations as this crook thief!?
why two cooktops? Odd to have in this size (small) kitchen. Should have just done a 6-burner.
and haha…2 cooktops and only 1 oven.
its actually a second stove, there already is one i guess they can remove it if someone doesn’t want it.
no but i spoke to the broker
I actually know for a fact they already have multiple offers at or close to the asking.
