We’re going way back on this one…181 Washington Park, a totally gorgeous brownstone over looking Fort Greene Park, was featured back in 2006 when it had an eye-popping asking price (especially for the time) of $3,995,000. (At the time we called the price “staggering.”) It ended up selling after a year on the market for considerably less–$3,037,500. Now it’s back on the market for $3,450,000. Think they’ll get it?

  1. only 2.5 baths in the whole house. That isn’t sufficient. There has to be another bath in the Garden level and a bigger one on the top floor. The house is beautiful but will not get ask imo.
