Despite being located on a gigantic property (60 by 100 feet), the two-family listing had its price reduced to $2,100,000. While the exterior isn’t quite as charming as some of the over-the-top Victorians in the landmarked nabe, the interior is chock full of original detail and the grounds are seriously impressive. the house is definitely not all that special, needs work (2 fam??? get real) but the backyard is amazing. this is a $1 mil house plus a $500k lot. But, the backyard may bedazzle someone into paying more. Can’t see more than $1.7 though.
That lot is EPIC. Worth the cash (to someone rich, obvs)! I want to throw parties there. Or just get invited…
