This listing at 140 Bergen Street hit the market in mid-November with an asking price of $2,648,000. The decision to squeeze five units into the building seems a little strange, since it basically rules out all buyers who’d want to live there. (Even the ground floor is divided into two units.) The place is newly renovated. Most of it looks perfectly nicely done, though the kitchens scream generic flip-job. The best things this place has going for it are the corner location (which means lots o’ windows) and a roofdeck from which the views must be great.
