Cambridge Place takes up only two blocks of Clinton Hill real estate and a block and a half of it is quite lovely. The last half block, closest to Fulton Street, is a bit patchier, with the houses a little less impressive architecturally and the curb appeal somewhat lacking. Window bars aside, this William Tubby-designed brick house at 131A Cambridge Place has very nice bones and much to recommend it despite its 15-foot width and its proximity to the Clean Rite at the end of the block. Our favorite element is the center stair. Given the lack of photos, it seems a safe bet that the bathrooms and kitchen will need some TLC, which would normally make us question the asking price of $1,995,000, but we’ve learned to stop questioning Jerry Minksy’s pricing on Cambridge Place. Lesson learned.

  1. If you love that house why shouldn’t be worth 2 million or more. Very soon my friends you will not be able to walk-in and just smell the air of these Delicious Townhouse Beauties very soon. Sit back and watch this ride up.
