When it comes to historic townhouses in Williamsburg, Fillmore Place is about as good as it gets–in fact, the single block was made its own historic district back in 2009. This particular house at 11 Fillmore Place has more of a tenement vibe from the outside (the fire escape doesn’t help) but has retained some nice historic touches on the inside despite being divided up into three floor-through units. The asking price is only $1,100,000 but a look at the floorplan reveals that the house is quite shallow so there’s only around 2,000 square feet of space. Thoughts?
