This house at 277 13th Street has been on the receiving end of a head-to-toe renovation. From what we can tell from the photos, the garden level, which now houses the kitchen and dining areas, got a very modern redo while the parlor floor was more or less preserved. And while there are no photos, it sounds like no expense was spared in the bathrooms of the three-story house. The house, which traded for $1,334,000 in 2006 and is only 15 feet wide, is now asking $1,499,000.

To me that “formal dining room” space just becomes wasted space – a really big hallway that you walk through to get to the part of the house you spend 90% of your time.
The renovation was already there in the 2006 listing. No floorplan, so hard to comment further. Zoned for PS 124, which is rated a 4 (not very good) on greatschools.com.)
What school is this zoned for?
For a 15 foot wide house it doesn’t look cramped. But I agree, some of those renovations are very specific to taste.
weird design choices.
Hmmmm – I like some of the renovations, but others are a bit taste specific. It’s also VERY narrow and in my opinion priced TOO HIGH! Also this stretch of 13th is “ok”.I hate that part of 5th avenue b/c it’s sooo crowded and noisy.
I think i would like this house much much more if it was priced lower
This house looks to be on the narrow side.
Love. Well, except that white flooring. Love.
Brownie – can you please show the rest of the house?!
