This house at 277 13th Street has been on the receiving end of a head-to-toe renovation. From what we can tell from the photos, the garden level, which now houses the kitchen and dining areas, got a very modern redo while the parlor floor was more or less preserved. And while there are no photos, it sounds like no expense was spared in the bathrooms of the three-story house. The house, which traded for $1,334,000 in 2006 and is only 15 feet wide, is now asking $1,499,000.

  1. Yeah, it’s taste specific, but they have an interesting and eclectic taste. I like it. Most of the cosmetic things that many may not be charmed by is easily replaceable, such as the white floor tiles, and the silvered wall paper (which works rather nicely here, makes a narrow space feel bigger by use of reflected surfaces) if one doesn’t like. The house itself looks quite cool. I don’t know about the price, so I leave that to those who know.

  2. I like the layout and it looks like a pretty high end reno. Hot tub is sweet, as is the porch off the rear parlor bedroom. The design choices aren’t my thing but someone will be wowed by this and it’ll sell fast. You only need one buyer, after all.

  3. Kramer, you could always switch the uses up. Turn that back living room in the dining room and use the front room as a living room. According to the floor plan they’re relatively the same size.
