Maybe Rob is right. I don’t see any language implying how convenient this place would be if you were running a swinger’s club. And yet I think the layout would excellent for that market.

Huge house! I wonder when it was built — 1920s or later? Great layout for a big family. Stash the teenagers in the basement.
