I’m waiting for further expansion on this point!!
FYI – Parlor level: You go up the staircase in the middle of the living room to a loft, then go up another stair to an additional bedroom/office on the third floor.
Minard! Thanks for the email! Will email you back.
My head is spinning from looking at that floor plan.
And the photos have given me an upset stomach.
This sad, remuddled house has nothing going for it. The botch job inside is the kind of thing one sees in immigrant communities.
Not to mention, since I won’t have space for a car, I will have to schlep 3 long blocks to the coal-powered F train on Carroll Street.
Over 2 million dollars and I still have to park on the street? Are you kidding me? And there is nothing worse than a brownstone thats been chopped up into apartments…there is nothing sexy about a 6′-0″ bedroom.

That’s evident from the pics. But not necessarily in a good way.
$2.3 for a 4-family in THIS condition would have been a joke at the peak. I don’t know that it’s worth $1.3, and I’m not usually so harsh about pricing.
