Umm… Sebb… What does “in this range” mean? This house is TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS. That’s a pretty “healthy” range to still need a crapload of work inside.
Yes, I agree 2 Million and I have to Look for parking, Oh, I don’t think so.
Those layouts look like a mad architect designed them. I could see if they were all the same as the floors went up.
No window in the middle room, that sucks.
The middle areas should be used for closet space, not living space.
It would need a full gut job.Funny how these Brownstones look so handsome on the outside, but man, some of these insides, what where they thinking??????
Not necessarily but it would account for the bad grammar.
site says he is a native of brooklyn. does that make him an immigrant?
Anybody want to bet the broker is an immigrant??
Pigeon, I grew up in an immigrant community too and we were on a different planet from people who bought 2.3 million dollar houses.
Anyone know the provenance of that second staircase and the mezzazine? I’ve seen it only once before and always thought it was pretty unique so I’m surprised to see it again.
Minard,
Having grown up in an immigrant community, I do not take no offense at your comment.
Note to brokers:
The word “unique” is an absolute.
Something is either unique or it isn’t.
The phrase “the most unique” is improper.
In the future, you might want to use the phrase “the most spectacular” instead of “the most unique.” As to this Henry Street home, however, the proper phrase would be, at best, “the most unusual.”
