Droolworthy to say the least. So much so that we won’t be surprised if someone steps up for close to the asking price of $3,795,000.

Peanut butter and jealousy!! Love Josef Frank.
holy crap that park slope limestone is amaaaazing! (from park slopers link)
Yeah, yesterday’s hotd did it more for me too. That wallpaper bugs me, and I love wallpaper.
Everyone personalized their home – and you can bet that the new owner of this house will do just that. It may be taking down some of the pape (I love Bradbury, but would have chosen different patterns, etc…), switch out a light fixture or two, or gut every kitchen and bath. Whoever buys it will have the money to do as they please, and they won’t give a rat’s behind what anyone else thinks (including posters on Brownstoner).

NOW that’s a townhouse…stunning!
Actually, DIBS, I agree with you about the chairs. I always love the look of sleek, modern sofas and chairs, but in the end I prefer my plush (and somewhat schlumpy) furniture — SO much more comfortable to sink down into at the end of a hard day!
ParkSloper, I think that can work but those particular chairs are very uncomfortable to relax in.
