Droolworthy to say the least. So much so that we won’t be surprised if someone steps up for close to the asking price of $3,795,000.

normally not a fan of garden kitchens, but this one looks like it’s bright and the ceilings are half decent high…
my mid century furniture would look silly in that place though…

well, this kind of house belongs to some creepy old goth type person. it just saddens me that the wrong kind of people wind up living in these places and completely destroy and suck out all the great energy held within them.
it’s like when madonna moved that time to a townhouse on the UES, that was very f-ked up thing for her to do. the same will happen here. honestly i wouldnt even mind someone like madonna moving in to a place like this, but im sure it will just be your typical boring rich family with kids. it’s sad.

Good heavens, they’ve got the Bradbury paper. I don’t like those new kitchens and baths, however. I perversely prefer yesterday’s HOTD.
Interesting how the stair is not in the hall.
great looking! unfortunately the type of buyer this house will attract isnt worth it’s beauty. 🙁

In all seriousness, it’s a beautiful house.
I really have to say that if you’re looking for architectural detail, this is the best deal in all of NYC.
