The three-family house is asking $1,595,000, which, if seems a tad high to us given the that it’s not pristinely preserved and it’s mighty close to the Atlantic Terminal Mall. Still, it’s nothing to sniff at, and the fact that there are two rentals in addition to the owner’s duplex means extra help paying the mortgage for an owner than only needs two floors to himself.

It is a real mashed up home – sadly.

Based on the floorplan, what do people think the three units would rent for???

I saw this over the weekend and it is truly horrible.
No charm what so ever – no anything – a big mess.
In my opinion – needs a gut renovation.
I do not understand how they could price this in the 1.5 range.
Very small only 37 ft deep.
I’ve always seen this block as ending up kind of like one like E. 62nd St. in Manhattan where there has been a mix of residential and retail (like “Tender Buttons”) forever. If the person who buys this building is in it for the long haul, it could be really a great choice.
Is the hat collection included?
um this is a snoozefest -the outside building looks very pretty and a great location, but the interior – good god!
can this house really fetch 1.5million? wouldn’t a buyer really have to spend another $159K on renovations?
I really love Ft. Greene, but this exact location is pretty undesirable, in my opinion.
The interior looks devoid of any charm whatsoever.

It’s absolutely nothing to look at on the inside. The kitchen’s really low end. That does seem to be a cute street in the middle of a huge business district.
Does the price include the pimpin’ hat collection on the wall?
