295 Pacific Street was on the market for a month last January, during which time it was featured as a House of the Day. Despite the Boerum Hill location, the 14-foot-wide house did not find a receptive audience for its $1,899,000 asking price and the listing was pulled. It just re-emerged this week with a new, more market-friendly price tag of $1,595,000. Think it’ll fly?

Yes it will fly right after the chicken and the dog do. Thank goodness home prices are coming down for the middle class american and not for the wall street broker only.
Antidope, not interested in the alt ID. how about loser has to campaign under the other’s flag? if I lose, I would chew out the aggressive bear posters, cheer on the strength of mkt,… if you lose, be very liberal with the “stupid buyer” posts.

I don’t see a sink there.
broker humor, so unexpected that it didn’t even occur to me. hah. you’re probably right though.
i suspect that because of the stairs being higher at that point that it overlaps with the sink on the floorplan. sloped ceiling side or something.
CG_ups, I thought the broker was trying to be funny when she said “pets allowed”, don’t you think? (I’d hate to think she was serious, LOL.)
btw 14 people hit the lowest possible price on the widget machine. 39 total appraisals so that is pretty big bear influence. they’re not dead yet.
Seems like the kind of house where all who have entered, friends and guests alike, have left happy, having spent tome with a super dog, well-fed with great food, and have absolutely loved it.
That said, does anyone else find it odd that the little ‘bathroom’ on the parlor floor has a toilet but no sink, while there are two little sinks sans toilets on upper floors?
i think that’s a fair bet, but i’m not real interested in the stakes. how ’bout winner gets to choose a new handle if you’re tied to your current one i’d be willing to make it a temporary name change. that’s how i ex-communicated brickoven. i already have your alt-id picked out.
