The carriage house at 20 Grace Court Alley was an Open House Pick back in June when it hit the market for $3,300,000. Two months later, the owners have yet to flinch on the asking price. It’s clearly a beautiful place in perfect condition so price is the only hurdle. The sellers paid $2,675,000 for the 2,550-square-foot house in 2005 and we assume they are the ones who did the most recent renovation. So what do you think they can get for it now?

> Ok so if you dont like that musical icon, who DO you like?
Today I was listening to AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Gang of Four, the Bar-Kays and Isaac Hayes. Tomorrow, who knows?
Stats are for nominations, not wins.
Phil Collins stopped being cool in the early part of this decade when he wrote some cheesy song for some animated film – the deets are too foggy for me to recall exactly
Snark – booooooooooooooo. Ok so if you dont like that musical icon, who DO you like?
quote: “I saw him in person (not in concert) but like face to face and he’s a beautiful man.”
So, not Phil Collins
Even my soft spot for Phil Collins doesn’t allow me to think he could up the cool quotient of anything, even the Heights.
Oscar: Against All Odds
Golden Globes: Two Hearts, You’ll be in my heart
Multiple Grammys solo and with Genesis
Not American
Awesome Drummer
= Phil Collins
> good one on Celine – but I think it’s supposed to be a dude!
You mean Celine isn’t a dude?
Wow, this is like The Crying Game all over again, when I was surprised that other people were actually surprised that she was a he.
> and how can you not like Bruce
Let’s see… I don’t like the music, don’t care for his song writing, and can’t stand his voice. Your mileage may vary.
91 comments and counting; but only a handful are about the House of the Day! I’m always impressed by 11217’s ability to be the Pied Piper of the threads, leading the comments off in another direction entirely 🙂 Some day I have to buy him a beer…pity he can’t be there on the 20th!
