Unfortunately, while it’s clear there’s some impressive historic detail in the house, the listing is very thin on both description and photos, which makes us suspect that it’s in need of some work. If that’s the case, the asking price of $825,000 is probably a little too optimistic.

this is a bad listing.
This is why sellers have to be particular about the realty and realtor that represents them, you can not sell a home showing architectural details what about the rooms& kitchen??
That bannister is beyond. This house is top-notch. Or at least it was when it was built.
