This single-family house at 657 East 24th Street in Midwood has a nice feel to it—and it’s hard not to covet the two-car garage. The six-bedroom pad traded for $625,000 back in ’07 and is now on the market with a price tag of $925,000. Any bets on whether this price flies? Seems like it might be a little high.

What else would you “dew”?! Oh wait….don’t answer that…

Anyway kids, I snuck into this house last night and found out of date aspirin that the mice had been eating. This has been causing them to vomit on the floor, which created a chemical reaction with the wax sealant, and led to fumes that made the owners open the windows. The open window gave the flesh-eating wasps from the hive next door entry into the house and explains the symptoms of the patient. Case closed.

It’s hard for me to take Hugh Laurie seriously after his earlier work.

  2. Ahh, yes, chicken I remember that. Did you see my use of the “Sec see, ou fan” yesterday? Eat shit, shit rice. I love that phrase. A guy in my industry used it all the time when his analysts had things backwards.

chow hiy is a particularly nice thing to say!!! LOL
