There are definitely a few really nice streets there in Ft. Green but I’m surprised that things would go for $2MM or more around there. This house is a beauty though. And, the biggger the master bath, the better. This is probably the largest one I’ve seen in a brownstone.

I’m not sure if you’re suggesting it’ll go for more or less with that comment, DIBS, but I think less than $3MM, which is why I said AT LEAST a half mil drop to get this deal done. Are you saying it’ll go vor more than $3MM? Do we have another bet?
