Area is certainly not wonderful, but not THAT bad! People on this blog always speak of “safe an beautiful” blocks in crown heights, bed stuy, and PLG, but somehow between 3rd/4th ave near Atlantic is a BUYER BEWARE zone? Considering its proximity to atlantic subway, smith st, and 5th ave, i think its priced fairly reasonably.
This neighborhood is a bit of a no man’s land between Boerum Hill and the slope. I guess that is why the property is priced the way it is.
