While it’s a perfectly nice house, it’s not an eye-popping as much of its competition in the Slope and needs to be putting its best foot forward. We were also stunned to see that the house changed hands for just $799,000 in August 2004. Presumably some work has been done, but we don’t think that new kitchen’s gonna knock anyone’s socks off. Time to raise your game!

Love the facade. Judging from the godawful photos chosen to show the place, I have no clue what to think. I’d like to attend the open house just to kick the realtor in the pants.
these rows of houses are my favorite in the park slope area. however way too expensive.
I doubt they could get 1.6 million for this right now. Maybe things will improve in a month or twenty.
I don’t know…. with that stylish shower curtain, they might feel themselves justified asking a little more…
Realtor’s website doesn’t have any pics. NYT listing doesn’t have any pics? Where do we look at pretty pretty pictures of this house?
799k in 2004? That can’t be right, even if it was a shell. Something’s incorrect there.
As for the current price, only if it was an absolute stunner. Which this isn’t.
Let’s party like it’s…2006!
gimme a break. these guys can’t be serious!
2.695? Keep dreaming!
