While it’s a perfectly nice house, it’s not an eye-popping as much of its competition in the Slope and needs to be putting its best foot forward. Is that top floor a full floor, or are the ceilings really low?
And yeah, that seems hiiiiigh.
The HB website says the agent is both broker and owner
And why is there a picture of the neighbor’s overgrown backyard?
Ok- I get to be Meathead.
I’m going to the open house just so I can sit in the chair in the living room on the right and yell “EDITH, get me a beer, dingbat!!”
