It looks like the original details are basically intact. The lack of bathroom and kitchen photos along with mentions of “TLC” in the listing suggest there’s a good bit of work to be done. We’re also not convinced that the broker who posted this ad is the actual listing broker, as there is mention of additional brokers having to collect their fees from their buyer. When we included it as an Open House Pick a year ago, the broker was the web-site-less R. J. Chappell Realty.

Why do you think teh floors are ugly, 2:11? These have been recently sanded and finished. They look in great shape.
I agree 2:24, I think this will go for just under $1 million.
How do you get a fee from the buyer?
that will sit for a while. If they really want to sell it it will be for under a million
How do those ugly new floors translate to intact original details?
What is that big mass (building) across the street? A project?
and brownstoner, your comments are not
Yes, 1:53. In fact, it looks worse than most of the decent Bed Stuy blocks.
I can get “entry” into Clinton Hill for just $1.15M? Wow! No thanks.
This is Clinton Hill technically but it feels a lot more like Bed Stuy
