270SterlingPlace1207.jpgThe four-story, stoopless brownstone at 270 Sterling Place in Prospect Heights just hit the market at $1,800,000. There are no photos up on the Corcoran website yet, but judging from the windows and the visible a/c unit, we’re going to guess that this place will need some work. The new owner will either have some renovation work to do combining apartments or some paperwork to do getting the C of O to match the current 3-unit configuration. It’s also unclear whether there are any original details on the interior. That said, Prospect Place is lovely and this is a big house (4,200 square feet). We look forward to seeing some photos!

  1. 2:22. I am the lawyer living in Park Slope. I assure you, I am here. You can find me at Gorilla Coffee, working on my laptop and fielding calls on my mobile.

  2. Everyone knows lawyers don’t live in Park Slope.

    They’re all in Brooklyn Heights.

    Nice try though 2:20.

I seriously don’t know a single lawyer in Park Slope. In fact, I’m not sure I can think of a lawyer who even knows WHERE Park Slope is.

  3. 2:13- you can find that 700K fixer-upper in Ocean Hill or East New York these days. They’re riding on the Crown Heights/Bushwick/Bed Stuy coattails as we speak.

  4. 2:18 on breastmilk. Correction, that’s the sickest post I have ever read. Selling bodily fluids over the internet is a federal offense. I’m a lawyer living in Park Slope (the best neighborhood in Brooklyn, by the way), and I know these things.
