What’s with the pics? Two of enlarge fine, the rest blur out. Just my computer?
It seems like an overreach. The last house to sell on the block was 555 1st street in January, for $2.9M. These are very similar: 21′-wide, limestone, center stairs, renovated. 555 was a triplex over garden rental, this one is a single-family, and has a south-facing garden. I could see a small premium, but not that much.

Its $3,765,000, not 3.675M.
