This cute house at 371 Clinton Street hit the market last week with a price tag of $2,695,000. It’s got a nice rustic vibe to it (sweet original wide plank floors) and lots and lots of original details (mantels, woodwork, mirrors). On top of that, there’s a new kitchen that’s a little too shiny for our tastes but looks like it’s of good quality. The biggest hurdle given the not-insignificant asking price is probably the width of the house, which, according to Property Shark, is less than 17 feet. You liking it?

  1. I’m going with propertyshark. I suspect the floorplans are wrong on the lower floors. With both bedrooms at 22′ each, the back to back closets should add another 6′. They should not be included as part of the floorplan for the room area…making the floorplans correctly done on that floor.

  2. I’m looking at the floorplan on the broker website which shows the interior to be 15 feet wide and the depth to be (22 plus 22 on parlor floor) 44 feet total times four floors equals 2640 square feet. Can BoerumHill tell me what I’m missing?

  3. DIBS, gee duh, I would have never have of guessed that.

I know the furniture doesnt come with it, I also know you can re paint, re do floors and re configure….Imagine that.
    ???????????????????

looks like a rendering and not real furniture anyway.
