houseThis is a beautiful, immaculate one-family brick townhouse that appears to be perfect in just about every way: Old details, some nice modern updates, attractive outdoor space, “hot” location. Given where the market is these days, though, it’s unclear to us whether this price is achievable. Six months ago? Probably. Today? We’ll see. It’s a plug-and-play solution that just might make the right buyer step up to the plate. We shall see.

  1. make it simple- you are talking about 2,600sf- so that means a buyer will be paying baout $925/sf. As lovely as I am sure the property is, we are not currently seeing $925/sf for townhouses in Brooklyn.

  2. Don’t agree Crouch… other sales do inticate this price if had 4th floor.
You can see a bigger one in contract now on Corcoran’s website on State St listed at $2.6 and of course the ’14townhouses’ row are all mid 2’s
But for 3 floors shouldn’t be over 2m.

  3. that’s the problem i have with multi-family homes. the nice ones aren’t big enough to help enough with mortgage/expenses of the house. seriously there is a limit to how much a person will pay for a 2 bedroom, especially if it’s a floor thru.
