Green Shoots: Burg Development Relaunching as 'Jardin'

The once-troubled Williamsburg development at 142 N. 6th Street will hit the market again in the coming months following Aptsandlofts.com being retained as its sales and marketing agent. The project, formerly dubbed Urban Green, has been renamed “Jardin,” but its website isn’t revealing anything about condo sizes or prices yet. The shot above, from aptsandlofts.com’s Facebook page, is of the interior courtyard, which is looking quite nice. This building was on the market a few years ago, but then construction stalled. It sold for $15M this February, and construction activity has recently been evident. GMAP
