This is one of the most—if not the most—valuable townhouses we’ve seen fall into the foreclosure hole in this market cycle. The four-story, two-family house has a lien of $990,000 on it and, depending on the condition of the interiors are in, would fetch over $1,500,000 on the open market. Kinda makes you wonder why the owner doesn’t just sell it quickly at a small discount, pay off the lien and keep the difference.

  1. 12:46, inferring that The What is gay is actually an insult to the gay community. My reference above is a response to his numerous insanely homophobic statements over the last few months (including ones he made today). But your point is well taken; one shouldn’t stoop to his level, which requires the agility of a limbo champion.

12:54, saying we’re arguing implies we actually take him seriously or respect any position he takes, which I certainly don’t. I just enjoy responding knowing that he’s then going to have to then go surf the ‘Net for another hour to come up with something to support whatever point he’s trying to make.

  2. I can’t believe these guys are ARGUING with the What and even threatening to “gonna beat you down and win this fight.” HA! This is the Internet! He’s making fools out of you morons.

  3. “I’m over there everyday.” – The What

No wonder you’re so worried about the price of gas…you won’t be able to afford the daily commute from Lodi next month.

“I don’t see that many sales going on.”

And if the market was flooded with listings, you would say nobody can afford to pay their mortgage. Must be nice to have it both ways – then again, you like it both ways, don’t you?

“Just go into a Real Estate office and ask then how is thing going?”

Why go into a Real Estate office when we have you here giving the warped real estate agent perspective?

  4. Oh tWhat, you are so misguided. I must have been right. Otherwise your panties would never have gotten into such a twist.

The area you live in is improving all the time. More buinesses are opening up and the population is becoming more diverse.

The cops are there to clean up the nasty mess which is you. That you see them as a threat speaks volumes about your own behavior. If you see drugs going down and you don’t like it, stop dealing in them. Simple enough.

I am not leaving, sweet cheeks. I am here. I own and I have my eye on you. One false step and I will get the cops on your ass and have you sent back to prison, where you obviously belong. I am not afraid of you and your gang of ghetto ass punk bitches. And that is what really scares you. I have no fear of you. I am not intimidated. And I am gonna beat you down and win this fight.

Your time has past. Now get out of the way and stop bringing your neighborhood down.

  5. I’ve got to question that 12:16. There’s a noisy playground across the street. A guy on Brooklynian PH blog recounted his experience being threatened by a guy with a gun a block down Underhill about 2 weeks ago. It was only 9pm, he is a big guy, he’s been in the nabe for years – not a likely to have been making himself a target for those who you like to blame the victim.

There are definitely houses in PH that have sold for 1.5-2M and even a little more. But there are many that have and are still selling for 1M or less. This place may very well not be worth more than is owed on it.
