Five Rentals Left at 100 Luquer

We were curious how well the glass tower at 100 Luquer was renting since the building switched from condo units in January. Turns out, pretty well. A broker says that only five out of 20 units remain unspoken for. The two bedrooms listed on Streeteasy range from $3,831 to $5,262. (Comparatively, condo units ranged from $599,000 to $849,000.) It looks like the listing for the entire building — on the market for $15.5 million — was pulled earlier this week. We haven’t heard back from the broker whether or not the development sold.
