On the first floor of a bow-fronted East Flatbush row house, this floor-through apartment offers a decent amount of space, some period details and a renovated kitchen. The house at 150 East 35th Street dates to the early 20th century and was constructed as a two-family.

While the wood floors are new, original details include high ceilings, plaster walls, woodwork, five-panel doors with original hardware, picture rails and built-ins. The six-room unit has also retained its original flexible layout.

The apartment has windowed rooms at the front and rear with two windowless rooms in between. (Early apartments often placed the parlor at the front, the dining room in the rear next to the kitchen, and bedrooms in the center.)

There isn’t any mention of laundry in the listing, but Wi-Fi is included in the rent. If you want to see the apartment in person, there is an open house by appointment only this Sunday, October 30 from noon to 2 p.m.
