During our tour of 30 Washington earlier this month, renters were already snatching up units even though they hadn’t officially hit the market. But Dumbo NYC spotted the listings, and it looks like one-bedrooms start at $2,850, one-bedrooms with office space at $3,450, and two-bedrooms at $4,000. Six of the 94 apartments are up for grabs, with prices ranging from $3,375 a month for a small one-bedroom to $4,300 a month for a two-bedroom. The development holds 82 one-bedrooms and 12 two-bedrooms, eleven of which come with outdoor space. You can see lots of floor plans here. The amenities include a gym, bike rack and a rooftop lounge. We heard that developer Two Trees expected occupancy by this month, but the official date of occupancy is July 1. Interior shot on the jump.
