  1. well …ALLIWANT!

The triplex in BED STUY just got rented . The owner called ( FRIEND OF MINE ) me an hour ago and told me two girls took the apt . So much for who would wana live there huh …

  2. Ok, Peter in CG…Williamsburg IS the ghetto. Let’s not get confused here because of who lives in the neighborhood.

There are plenty of people making six figures (as if that matters) living in Bed-Stuy. I’m not quite sure why you’re hating on Bed-Stuy so much. Could it be that Bed-Stuy brownstones are actually more beautiful…and larger than the ones located in your neighborhood Peter? LOL!

  3. This is a great new feature, apt listings. However for those looking for affordable apts they shouldn’t be looking in any brownstone Brooklyn nabes. There are great prewar apartments with elevators and laundry, in Bay Ridge for under $1500. Bay Ridge is a looonnngggg ride out on the R (there’s an express bus also) and the R practically stops running when it’s late at night it’s such a slow and scarce train, but the restaurants are good and it’s safe and clean. Nice park for running along the river. More young hipsters moving there. I used to rent there before I married, and liked it. Nobody should be bitter if they can’t yet afford certain areas. There are perfectly fine nabes that are affordable.

  4. yeah, I like. I own a small one bedroom (which I sublet) and live in a two bedroom rental. so this is perfect for someone like me—it get to see what the rental market is for my place, plus any place I might want to rent myself…
