You can put laundry in those apartments. And their three-bedrooms are amazing.
Neither looks like a good deal. High maintenance, no laundry in unit, a beat-up bldg. And, agreed, not a good time.
Both are way overpriced. 3D is an absolute joke. Light-starved unit looks over courtyard. Worth $600K max
.A wonderful duplex penthouse next door is asking 699K — and ain’t going nowhere soon. Sprawling 3-bed looking down EP is sitting at 675K.
In any case, is anyone seriously thinking about buying now with the financial markets plunging?
Replace the middle “rcor” of Corcoran with “nm” and you’ll see which one is inevitably overpriced.
