Co-op of the Day: 24 Montgomery Place
We’re liking the looks of this one. The 900-square-foot two-bedroom at 24 Montgomery Place has the old world charm where it counts (floors, beams, windows, mantels) and some modern enhancements to the bathroom (not exactly our taste) and kitchen. The major gripe people will probably have with this place is the small, single-window second bedroom….

First time on Brownstoner, 5:40?
I only ask as you have posted Tired Cliche #1.
I thought you Manhattanistas were all smart and cultured and such.
How big are your kids? When I was a kid I had to share a room with a sibling. Many of my friends had the same thing. This room is big enough for a kid. The people who think it’s not are the same people who think their kid and its stroller need to take up the whole damn sidewalk. This is the city, people. Get used to being crowded in or move to the country.
i was watching the super bowl in park slope on sunday.
nice place……too many strollers though.
i should get out of manhattan more often!
the smelling of the farts thing is a little worn out now, 5:05.
we heard it on the 10 threads you posted it on last week.
it was funny the first time, though.
you just need some new material…
is there an air purifier to get rid of the stench of the rest of the slopers smelling their own farts?
nice place. i bid 200 euro.
No it’s not.
its a pretty long walk to the subway.
This looks like a good first apartment. Would be good for a couple. Would be too small (inconvient walk up too) if you have a family.
1:40 is just silly.
