While it is a studio and therefore lacks a separate bedroom, it does appear like the orientation of the kitchen (layout here) provides at least some division of space. The third-floor pad is in a prewar building (albeit a walk-up one) and has the kind of charm to it that you’d expect. What do you think of the $285,000 asking price?

HOW did I miss this thread? Best in years.
Rob-
Just curious… why do you live in NYC? You seem to hate it. I’m not trying to be a dick; I mean, I often question why I live here, but it usually comes down to:
1) job
2) good public trans
3) music scene
i rarely talk and mostly just text too and i pay 40/month with metro which includes all taxes and surcharges. the deal you have seems quite economical. your right rob, they are all a bunch of mutants who are blabbing about their personal lives thinking that they are important.
Mine is $25/week for 400 mins for calls, free texting.
im not sure if youve noticed but there is definitely a correlation between how much one talks on their cell phone and brain damage. whether it’s precancerous dysplasia is debateable, but there is something not right. no need for that! look at people who have their phones permanently attached to their ears and tell me they DONT look and sound like mutants…

i dont talk on the phone much and pretty much just text, but you can get 40 dollars for 400 minutes. i seem to only use about 100 minutes a month. a text = 1/3 of a minute so you get like 3 texts per minute. it’s probably not economical for someone who uses their phone a lot tho. if people need to get in touch with me they can just email me or send me a psychic vibe. i see no reason to pay for communication.

Hey Rob. Do you have one of those pre=paid phones? How do you only pay 10 bucks a month?
you are so right on that one RF!!!! im thinking about quitting on may 1st.. (my grandfather’s birthday..)

Rob, quit smoking and you will be on your way to saving that down payment! (really hard to do, I know!)
